Cyndi is the best! Found Beach Cottage Stitchers through the Cottage Garden Samplings site (I absolutely adore those patterns). After signing up for the Fabulous House series auto-ship, I got auto-hand delivery instead! Turns out I'm down the street and Cyndi came to me for my order drop-off. You can't get better customer service than that! An absolute lovely lady and a wonderful way to support a local business. I can't wait to see each other again :) Thanks Natalie! I placed an order online in late April. After a week it still said “processingâ€. I started doing some research and discovered quite a few negative reviews. I thought I had been scammed and would never receive my order. I called and left a voicemail with the number I found online. Cynthia immediately emailed me, apologized and promised to get my order out immediately. I received my order yesterday. I was so grateful and relieved I wanted to post something to let others know about her quick response. When I came to this site to leave this comment I discovered her Facebook page which brought my attention to the fact that Cynthia has had some health issues and is doing her very best to try to catch up. I along with others need to practice patience and understanding. I guess we all need to realize people are very often doing the very best they can. I will order from Cynthia again and I wish her the very best health wise and in her business. There are so few cross-stitch shops anymore I want hers to be successful!
